We are thrilled to bring our dream of opening a Zeitlin's Delicatessen Storefront to life. Our journey towards making this dream a reality has just begun, and we are excited to have our customers as our valued partners throughout every phase of this endeavor.

Together, we will create a welcoming and authentic deli experience that satisfies the cravings of our community, one delicious bite at a time.

In this phase, we invite our customers to state their preferences regarding our store's future location, which -of course- will also be determined by other factors such as:

1) Location and renovation costs
2) New equipment for that location (varies from one location to the other)
3) How soon we can move into a desirable location (that will provide some foot traffic and parking options)
4) How long the commute will be for our bakers

As a majority of restaurants fail to stay open, this survey will play a large role in making us feel secure about our next steps in our journey to serve all of Chicago.

Once a location is defined and we start looking for a place to rent, we'll activate a Kickstarter campaign that will allow our customers to support us while getting great rewards, and that will let us secure the location and necessary equipment to start baking!

The store is almost a reality! This is where we need to invest in new teammates and qualified personnel that will help us fill the place with love and bagels!‍

The final step. It's a deli; it needs to look and feel like one. We make a giant statue of BagelBoy... nah, we make the place look great so you can enjoy it the most.
